SNAP Cymru – Summary and Contact

SNAP Cymru provides free, independent advice and support to parents, children and young people with additional learning needs (ALN) or disabilities. They help with matters such as assessments, individual education plans, bullying, school attendance, exclusions and discrimination. They also provide advocacy and help resolve disagreements between families and schools.
