Special Resource Bases

Special Resource Bases at Ysgol Gymraeg Coed y Gof

We are pleased to share that Ysgol Gymraeg Coed y Gof will be opening two Local Authority–run Special Resource Bases for pupils with Behavioural, Emotional and Social Difficulties (BESD). The base for pupils in Years 3–6 is expected to open in September 2026, and the base for children aged 4–7 is expected to open in January 2026.

Please note that all dates are approximate and may be subject to change depending on building works. We will share further information as the plans develop.
